STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Larry Layman appeals from his conviction by a jury of two counts of Theft and one count of Possession of Marijuana, over thirty grams, for which he was sentenced to a determinate term of two years imprisonment on each count, the sentences to be served consecutively.
