—In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the father appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County (Goldstein, R.), dated February 1, 2001, which granted the mother’s motion to dismiss the proceeding to enforce an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 10, 1996, awarding him custody of the parties’ daughter, following a judgment of divorce of the same court, dated April 24, 1996.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
