Howard, Chief Judge:

John Parker brought libel and invasion of privacy actions against the Evening Post and Jim Parker, one of its reporters (Defendants). The trial court granted a directed verdict to the Defendants on the privacy claim at the close of Parker’s evi dence, and the jury returned a defense verdict on the libel claim. Parker appeals. We affirm.
