—In an action to recover damages for wrongful expulsion from a social club, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Colabella, J.), entered July 13, 1998, which denied his motion for leave to amend the complaint and granted the defendants’ cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
