OPINION
HANSON, Justice.
We review orders of the court of appeals dismissing two appeals by appellant State of Minnesota from an order of the Henne-pin County District Court determining that certain discovery documents produced pursuant to a Civil Investigative Demand were confidential and could not be made public. The court of appeals denied discretionary review under Minn. R. Civ.App. P. 105.01 and a separate panel then dismissed the appeal of right under Minn. R. Civ.App. P. 103.03.
