*852Appellants, Eric Kenner and Amos Louis Kenner, appeal the district court's judgment denying their "Petition for Temporary Restraining Order and Request for Permanent Restraining Order" [sic ] to restrain St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff's Department from transferring title to certain property and dismissing their petition with prejudice.
