MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

In this case Chantal Murray (“Chantal”), a minor, brought a Section 1983 Equal Protection action by and through her parents David and Djeanine Murray (collectively the “Plaintiffs”) against the Valley Stream School District Board of Trustees and the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Education, among others, (collectively the “Defendants”).
