This action was brought by the appellant against the appellees to set aside a deed of conveyance and to quiet title to certain land formerly owned by the appellant and by her conveyed to the appellees. The complaint was in three paragraphs, to each paragraph of which the appellees filed an answer in general denial. The first paragraph of the complaint alleged that on the 16th day of July, 1934, the appellant was the owner in fee simple of 40 acres of real estate in Monroe County, Indiana, on which the plaintiff (appellant) had resided for many years.
