BABCOCK, Judge.

Plaintiff, Robert 0. Jones, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict awarding him $9,375 on a claim brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. (FELA) for injuries he suffered while employed by defendant, Union Pacific Railroad. We affirm.

The evidence at trial established that on the date of the accident plaintiff was working as the relief foreman of a crew assigned to repair a particular section of track.
