—Appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court, Oneida County (Shaheen, J.), entered April 11, 2002, which awarded defendant Unique Design & Development, Inc. a money judgment against third-party defendant.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously reversed on the law with costs, the motion is denied and the award is vacated.
