This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff R.J. Carbone Company’s (“Car-bone”) motion for a preliminary injunction and Defendants’ motions to dismiss or transfer for lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, and failure to state a claim with respect to R.I. Gen. Laws § 6-41-1. Carbone seeks to bar former employee Timothy Regan (“Regan”) from working in his prior sales territory for competitor Associated Wholesale Florist, Inc. (“Associated”).
