Before the Court is “Plaintiffs Motion to Transfer, or, In the Alternative, to Stay Action,” filed February 11, 2002. For the reasons stated herein, the Court DENIES Respondent’s Motion to Transfer this matter to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Trenton Division, and DENIES its Motion to stay this matter pending a determination of a parallel matter pending before the district court in New Jersey.
