Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Harrigan, J.), rendered August 8, 1994, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the second degree and criminal mischief in the second degree.

In satisfaction of a 15-count indictment, defendant pleaded *953guilty to robbery in the second degree and criminal mischief in the second degree and was sentenced as a second felony offender to two concurrent prison terms of 3 to 6 years.
