Starr Indemnity & Liability Co. (“Starr”) petitions this Court for a writ of certiorari based on the trial court’s denial of its motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, to sever Helen S. Morris’s (“Morris”) claim against Starr based on Florida’s non-joinder statute, section 627.4136 of the Florida Statutes (2014).
