Plaintiff Wayne Urso successfully brought this action, pursuant to 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001, et seq. (“ERISA”), to enforce payment of long-term disability benefits due under an employee welfare benefit plan (“Plan”) offered by his former employer, Comsys Information Technology Services, Inc. (“Comsys”) and insured by defendant, The Prudential Insurance Company of America (“Prudential”).
