MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

Kenneth Jennings, a Missouri inmate incarcerated in Arkansas, appeals the district court’s 1 order granting summary judgment against him on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim that defendants, Missouri prison officials, violated his Fourteenth Amendment rights by withholding prison wages for work he performed in Arkansas. We affirm.
