[1] This is an appeal by Anders Holtung, master of the Norwegian steamship Caprivi, the libelant below, from a decree of the district court of the United States for the eastern 'district of Pennsylvania holding the Caprivi wholly and solely at fault for a collision between that vessel and the British steamship Menominee, and dismissing the libel with costs.
