WIEAND, Judge.
William Parker was tried by jury and was found guilty of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime. 1 Post-trial and supplemental post-trial motions were denied, and Parker was sentenced to serve concurrent terms of imprisonment for not less than ninety-three (93) months and not more than sixteen (16) years for aggravated assault and not less than six (6) months nor more than two (2) years for possession of an instrument of crime.
