SHANGLER, Presiding Judge.

The petition of plaintiff, James Schneider, doing business as Rich Hill Insurance Agency, was brought against defendant Best Truck Lines, Inc., in two counts, one upon a promissory note and the other upon an account. The note was executed on behalf of the corporate defendant by Nelce Isham, then its president, and represented earned premiums due plaintiff on policies issued defendant during the preceding two years, but since cancelled.
