The action was prosecuted by the plaintiff as a judgment creditor of Robert and George Fielding, upon whose judgment an execution against property had. been issued, and was at the time of the commencement of this suit in the hands of the sheriff of the proper county. The object of the action was to avoid as fraudulent a general assignment made by the judgment debtors for the benefit of their creditors, and deeds of certain lands executed and delivered by George Fielding to James E.
