Kenneth and Alma Haynes appeal from a judgment in favor of American Motors Corporation and Jeep Corporation in this action brought following the overturn of their Jeep CJ-5 driven by Alma. The case was submitted to the jury on the theories of negligence, strict liability and breach of warranty. The Haynes claim that the district court 1 erred in refusing to allow evidence of misrepresentations in television commercials, and in refusing to instruct on the misrepresentation.
