Rosser White Hobbs Davidson McClellan Kelly, Inc. (hereinafter "Rosser White”), consulting engineers, brought suit to recover payment from Wise, Simpson, Aiken & Associates, Inc. (hereinafter "WSA”), an architectural firm, for services rendered. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff. Thereafter, the trial court granted defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and entered judgment in favor of defendant.
