This is an interpleader suit. The Union Central Life Insurance Company deposited in the registry of the court of De Soto Parish the sum of $2,500, alleging that it had no 'interest therein but that the amount was claimed by Mrs. Elizabeth Cubberly .Harp and by Mrs. Evelyn Harp Browne, widow of Earle H. Browne, and the four children of Mrs. Browne, issue of her marriage with Earle H. Browne. The life *809insurance company prayed that these parties be cited.
