The appellant’s petition in the District Court prayed for dissolution of the marriage, custody of the minor child with support therefore, temporary and permanent alimony, and an equitable division of the property of the parties hereto. The decree dissolved the marriage, made provision for the division of the property, both real and personal, awarded the appellant alimony in the sum of $2,000, and awarded custody of the minor child to the appellee with rights of visitation in the appellant.
