IN THE SLJPREME COURT OF IN THE MATTER OF N.K.O. and Z.J.M. YOUTHS IN NEED OF CARE Appellant, the natural mother of N.K.O. and Z.J.M. filed an appeal from the order of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, terminating her parental rights. The State responded by moving this Court to dismiss the appeal based on lack of jurisdiction.
