Appeal from the pro Jorma decree of the Court of Chancery, in and for New Castle County. The allegations of the Bill, not denied by the answers and established by the proof in the cause, are as follows: On the 2d day of June, A. D. 1873, the complainant, together with Robert E. Robinson, late of the City of Wilmington, deceased, purchased at public sale, for the sum of $1050, a lot of land situated in Wilmington, New Castle County aforesaid.
