In this action brought pro se under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, plaintiff sues multiple components of the Department of Justice (“DOJ”), as well as the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”), and the Executive Office of the President (“EOP”) for the production of his records.
