| Appellants Debbie Tait, Kerry Jones, Leanna Lackey, and Lesia Winters appeal the order entered by the Polk County Circuit Court denying their claim to a share in the Fowler Family Trust over which appellee Community First Trust Company (Community First) serves as trustee.1 For reversal, appellants contend that the circuit court erred in ruling that the interests of beneficiaries who predecease the surviving settlor of an inter vivos trust lapse upon the death of the beneficiaries.
