RONEY, Circuit Judge:
Seeking to invoke the diversity jurisdiction of the federal courts, Robert J. Fritz, a Florida resident, brought this breach-of-contract action against three corporate defendants, two designated as Delaware corporations with their principal place of business in California, and American Home Shield of Florida, Inc. (“AHS of Florida”), designated as a California corporation.
