The nature of this proceeding .is set forth in the opinion in Matter of Reinhardt (92 Misc. Rep. 96), and a repetition thereof is therefore unnecessary. Since that decision, a hearing has been had by me, and upon the record and evidence produced it becomes necessary to determine whether the petitioner is entitled to the relief which she asks, and this involves the question whether she was the wife and is the widow of the decedent.
