This is an appeal from a judgment awarding a writ of *149mandamus, commanding the auditor general to draw his warrant upon the state treasurer for the sum of ten hundred and thirty-five dollars in favor of the National Limestone Company, as specified in the requisition of the state highway commissioner, and commanding the state treasurer upon presentation of said warrant, to pay the same, and charge the amount against the fund received from registration and license fees for automobiles under the Act of July 7,1913, P.
