United States v. Edward R. Drury

This is an appeal of mail fraud convictions stemming from a kickback scheme between appellant Drury, a Louisiana attorney representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions, and one Macaluso, a New Orleans physician to whom Drury referred most of his clients. The financial arrangements between the two, like most of the facts in this ease, are undisputed.
