Judgment dismissing contestant Leabow’s petition affirmed. Judgment canceling eontestee Forester’s certificate of nomination affirmed by an equally divided court.

In tfie recent state primary, held August 6, 1927, Isham G. Leabow, D. C. Jones, and J. G. Forester were rival candidates for the Republican nomination for circuit judge in the Twenty-Sixth judicial district of Kentucky, composed of Bell and Harlan counties.
