This is a suit for divorce, which was tried on the sixteenth day of April, 1900, judgment rendered on the seventeenth of April, 1900, for the defendant, from which the plaintiff duly appealed.
The amended petition on which the cause was tried alleges: That plaintiff and defendant were married on the thirty-first day of October, 1889, and lived together as husband and wife until about the first day of October, 1899.
