Plaintiffs in error, H. L. Slemmons and others, commenced an action against the defendants in error, Julia A. Toland and others, in the common pleas court of this county to contest the validity of the will of Elizabeth Slemmons, deceased, which will was on August 1, 1914, duly probated in the probate court of Harrison county, Ohio, and an issue was made up whether or not the *202writing produced is the last will of Elizabeth Slemmons.
A trial was had in the court of common pleas, which resulted in a verdict sustaining the will. This action is prosecuted to reverse the judgment thereon rendered for…
