ORDER

T.S. ELLIS, III, District Judge.

This protracted False Claims Act (the “Act”)1 matter culminated in a nine-day jury trial in July and August 2011, resulting in a verdict in favor of defendant on all remaining claims. Defendant now seeks reimbursement for more than $320,000.00 in *331costs pursuant to Rule 54(d), Fed.R.Civ.P. Relators have objected to defendant’s requested costs and the matter is ripe for disposition. Oral argument is dispensed with as the facts and legal contentions are adequately set forth in the existing record and oral argument would not aid the decisional process.
