T1 Plaintiff Jason Brockman appeals an order of the district court affirming the revocation of his driver's license by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS).

T2 Brockman was arrested for being in actual physical control (APC) of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of 47 0.8.2011 $ 754. The arresting officer was dispatched to an apartment complex in response to reports of a fight in progress.
