This medical malpractice action stems from alleged injuries caused during plaintiffs labor and delivery at defendant hospital. Specifically plaintiffs complaint alleges that defendant Bronx Lebanon Hospital failed to, among other things, monitor the fetal heart rate (FHR) in light of plaintiffs oligohydramnios (low amniotic fluid), and perform a timely cesarean section.
