REX D. DAVIS, Justice

Marcus Pilkington and Reginald Weathers filed applications for writ of ha-beas corpus, asserting that they were being illegally confined because they were arrested without probable cause that they were guilty of the offense of engaging in organized criminal activity. After hearings, the trial court found that the arrest-warrant affidavits established probable cause and denied habeas relief to Weathers and Pilkington.
