for the Court:

¶ 1. Ronnie L. Boyd appeals the judgment Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County denying his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR).! Finding’ no error, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. On July 15, 2008, Boyd was indicted by a grand jury for one count "of bribery, one count of attempting' to tamper with physical evidence, and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
