—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of burglary in the second degree (Penal Law § 140.25 [2]), petit larceny (Penal Law § 155.25), attempted petit larceny (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 155.25), and criminal mischief in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 145.00 [1]). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of incarceration, the longest of which is a determinate term of seven years, plus three years of post-release supervision.
