In August of 1923 Steven Stolarick and Mary Stolarick, his wife, executed a deed conveying certain land situate *512in Lehman Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, unto Mike Stolarick and John Stolarick, sons of the grantors. This deed was duly recorded on May 23, 1924.
