ME. JUSTICE FEEEBOUEN:

This is an action brought by E. E. Davis and Lola Hutchin*435son, plaintiffs and appellants, against Donald E. Burton and James Scollard, Jr., defendants and respondents, to cancel and terminate a lease covering certain farm and ranch land, in Gallatin County, Montana for failure and neglect on the part of such defendants and respondents to perform and fulfill certain terms and conditions of such lease. From a judgment in favor of defendants, the plaintiffs appealed.
