Plaintiff-appellant, McClure Engineering Associates, Inc. (hereafter referred to as plaintiff), sued the defendant-appellee, Robert D. Winter, d/b/a Winter’s Heating and Roofing Company (hereafter referred to as defendant), to recover for professional engineering and soil testing services performed on the defendant’s property.
