The appellant, Wanda Jean Wotring, was convicted of possession of marihuana with intent to deliver by a jury June 1,1976, in the Circuit Court of Tucker County. She was sentenced to spend one to five years at the West Virginia State Prison for Women at Pence Springs and was fined $15,000. * She assigned fifteen errors in her petition for appeal, the same errors upon which she based an unsuccessful motion for a new trial made to the court below.
