Bill Bogard appeals from the order of the district court 1 granting summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary), which denied Bogard’s application for social security disability benefits. The district court found substantial evidence on the record as a whole to support the finding of the administrative law judge (ALJ) that Bogard was capable of performing light work in accordance with 20 C.F.R. § 404.1567 (1984). 2 Bogard contends the decision of the Secretary is not supported by substantial evidence on the record as a whole.
