This proceeding is an application for a writ of prohibition *332against Hon.' J. M. Woods, judge of the circuit court of Jefferson county, to inhibit him from awarding to C. F. Keeney, who is indicted as accessory to the murder of George Mun-sey in Logan county, a second change of venue.
