This writ of error is prosecuted to a judgment of the court below, entered in an action of ejectment instituted by Victor A. Wilder against William L. Dennis, John C. McCoy, George H. Stone, Joshua Baisden, and L. C. Bell. In due time the case was tried before a jury, which, by direction'of the-court below, returned a verdict for the defendant?
