MARCUS, District Judge.

Carl H. Hoffman and James H. Joseph, formerly lead counsel to the Plaintiff Majority Class have been ordered by this Court to pay into the Registry of the Court attorney’s fees and reimbursed litigation expenses, with interest, which they received as part of an earlier, unsuccessful settlement of this cause.
