This action has had four trials in the magistrate court, two before Magistrate B. E. Wilson, and two before Magistrate J. A. O’Neal. The verdict of the jury in the last case tried before Magistrate O’Neal was in favor of the defendant for $1 on his counterclaim, from which judgment the plaintiff appealed, and the matter came on to' be heard before Judge Townsend, in the Court of Common Pleas for Anderson County, who reversed the decision of the magistrate court, and gave the plaintiff a judgment for $12; and from this judgment…
